The atmosphere was non-pressured, and the people I dealt with were very professional, transparent and friendly. It made no difference that I was purchasing a used car that wasn't a make they normally sell. Overall, purchasing at Patrick Volvo was an excellent experience.

Went in for 15k service (tire rotation) on my 2024 Lyriq . No issues with car. 10 min after driving away, TPMS service needed error displays. Back to service dept., supposed retraining of tpms sensors. Drive away 15 min later same issue. Service rep. was very helpful and understanding that the vehicle had NO issues coming in but now had an issue after servicing that sysyem of the vehicle. Stela was very communicative and willing to be patient as I arrived later than my appt. She was diligent and informative. Caden was understanding and patient with a mistake I made. Even though I do not drive Cadillacs or Volvos, if a car I like shows up, I’ll definitely shop here again.
I had a great experience at Patrick Cadillac, this was my second purchase from them. Our sales person Kaitlyn Suwanski did a great job explaining the features of the new vehicle, she was informative and knowledgeable. The transaction was very stress free, I appreciate that she wasn't your typical pushy annoying car sales person. The car I wanted was not in stock at their location so she got one brought in from a different out of state dealer. If you are looking for a New Caddy, I would start here! I am loving my new Optiq.

Not sure what’s happening with Cadillac service in the Chicago area, but the quality and availability have really slipped.
Trying to make a simple oil change appointment turns into waiting weeks just to get in — and that’s not acceptable for a luxury brand. I experienced the same issue at both Patrick Cadillac and poor maintenance at Barrington Cadillac.

I brought my 2024 Escalade ESV Platinum sports (20K miles) to Patrick Cadillac after an engine failure. They told me the vehicle would be there for two weeks and refused to provide a courtesy/loaner vehicle. I was left without transportation while still making huge payments on a $130K truck I couldn’t drive.
After I posted a review, they replied with the usual: “Please call us so we can make this right.” I called. I followed up. Nothing changed. No loaner, no help, no urgency.

I had a recall on my 24 Escalade and not only where they prompt and efficient but they took the extra time to even have the technician drive to make sure there was no misfires, etc. even with the fear of GM not having an answer Patrick Cadillac got my car fixed and drivable again with a brand new motor and the turn around was impeccable thank you crew!

It was easy to schedule my Ct5 for an oil change and tire rotation. Because it was the first one it was paid for by GM. That was very nice! The staff at Patrick Cadillac took great care of me and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. Including a video by the technician while my car was on the rack. I was in and out quickly. In summary the whole experience was very pleasant!

UPDATE - I think we will buy a Cadillac for the rest of our lives' just based on customer service from Patrick Cadillac. Alexander and Shane TOP customer service people EVER. Got our loaner. Checkout smooth and they always bend over backward for their clients. We bought the dent protection and oil change from Naperville Cadillac and they were not quite honest and Patrick will honor the oil and dent protection. Wow! From the time we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Phoenix. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we inquired about, and very cognizant of our time constraints. The entire experience was quick, easy and the negotiation process went smoothly. Not to mention the services available ‘after’ the sale! We just purchased the new electric Optic from Steve Popp, we have purchased 4 cars from him and will only use Steve in the future. He listens to our needs, wants, budget and always comes through. I was hit by a girl backing out of her driveway in the rear quarter, typical damage for a fender bender.
